We have two requirements in order for your event to be considered for a donation:
- Sumbit 6 weeks prior to your event in ordered to be considered. Also, allow 3-6 weeks for a reply.
- Fill out the form in the link below.
- Upon submission, you need to attach documents providing more information regarding your event.
